On the 6th July it was Frida Kahlo's birthday and so to celebrate I posted 14 drawings of a bluebird being released from a man's hands from the 2002 film Frida. I posted them on the 6th July 2010 and 13 arrived home on the 8th July. The final envelope - number one - arrived home on 12th July marked 'Return to sender, Insufficient address'. This final envelope arrived just one day before Frida's deathday 13th July. She is said to have been a great letter writer. Having the Royal Mail authenticate and date my drawings is very important and is inspired by the artist who would ask bus drivers to sign his bus tickets.
